A tipster alerts us of a new series of art prints by The GRQP depicting various San Francisco neighborhoods as animals. Pac Heights, for example, is a fox. And the Mission, a donkey. Surprisingly, the Tenderloin is included in the series. Unfortunately, as a damn pigeon (we’re not fans). They say:
… we figured, hey, what better way to represent the Loin than a band of back alley pigeons. In real life they’re dirty, but on your wall their so fresh and so clean.
Shouldn’t the Loin be more of a tiger or something, given that everyone is of the opinion danger is lurking around every corner ready to eat you? A pigeon seems like it’d be the other way around on the eating front and a bit too passive. Still, cool series. Check it out.

The Hard Working businesses represent the Eagles and how the hell can they soar with the TURKEYS dealing drugs 24/7 on the streets.
A 501C3 Approach to Harm Reduction sales of cannabis would do so much to help eliminate 40 percent of street drug sales and compete with the cartels as well as provide a revenue source for a charity.
The Recent RAND report states there is beneficial harm reduction to dispensaries.
Instead of embracing this and RESCHEDULING cannabis Melinda Haag decides to declare war on medical cannabis is California.
I didn’t serve my country just to have the FEDS telling me I can’t medicate on Cannabis for my PTSD issues.
Just when we were making progress with VA doctors this happens.
I am DUMFOUNDED.
So if the City wants the Eagles and Hawks to SOAR we must ELIMINATE the TURKEYS selling cannabis at least.
So we can claim The Tenderloin back from the GUTTER RATS.
The Tenderloin was safe when I was a kid so was the 6th street corridor.
Then Nixon and the Drug war happened.
Eventually flooding the streets with Crack Trolls and Junkie Sloths.
So I prefer the EAGLES and HAWKS like The Passion Cafe they are true Urban Heroes and Try to Soar like Hawks and Eagles in the middle of a huge injustice and a BUNCH of GUTTER RATS selling drugs and Pigeons buying them.
So the Mascot is ?
The Soaring Eagles and Hawks that continue to do business in such an environment I appreciate citizens like this.
