We’re still undecided about our favorite mural in the ‘Loin (what’s yours?), but the one on the Mitchell Brothers Theatre (in the heart of the NakedHood) is for sure a top contender. For the last few months it had been covered in scaffolding while it was being cleaned up. Then, a couple of weeks ago it re-emerged in full splendor. With whales, sharks and other marine life brighter than ever.

As you can see in these pictures, the side on Olive Alley hasn’t been enhanced yet so there’s quite an interesting contrast when you look at the mural from the corner. Let’s hope they get to it soon, before the other side gets dirty again or taggers decide to “enhance” it their own way…
