Last Thursday marked the 50th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s 1961 famous inauguration address (“ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country“) which of course these days is usually summed as “Hey, so what can you do for me?”

Also last Thursday, Tender friend Armazi spotted these stickers around the neighborhood which showcased JFK Jr’s iconic picture saluting during his father’s funeral in 1963, with the caption ‘True Love 1997-2010’. Is there a parallel to the inauguration anniversary or just a coincidence? And what’s with the 1997-2010? The breakup of Isis?
