I’ve been enjoying my new camera bag from Timbuk2 a good deal, but it was just sorta lacking a touch of something to make it mine. So, shabam, a little Tenderloin National Forest patch wonderfully applied by the always-endearing Michael Swaine and yes, this bag is now owned. Okay, true, it will need a touch more sweating in to the shoulder strap and some setting it on funk-stained bar floors to really be owned, but it’s on the way. I’ll let you know when it arrives.
By the way, in case you were looking for a nifty Tenderloin National Forest patch of your very own, at the moment, you completely shit out of luck. There was a big demand and they are making a new batch though, so stay tuned…

I totally saw this at the iliveheresf show, but you wouldnt stand still long enough for my eyes to read what it said..anyhow, this is pretty sweet, are there patches for each neighborhood, or just the tenderloin(because it’s the best)?
Ah, sorry, I was all hopped up on photo juice and was too excitable at the show to stand still.
As far as I know, this was something that the Luggage Store made up and it was just for the forest next door. Michael Swaine designed it. So, I guess you could say that it’s not even completely about the Loin, but just about the reclaimed nature preserve that was Cohen Alley.
That patch is sohotrightnow. Up there with favorites like the Zero Per Gallon patch (http://www.zeropergallon.com/). Stoked the Snoop is living large in the loin.
win!
