After a couple gloomy days and even rain yesterday morning, this week started with a sunshine. So we decided to celebrate it with a Monday breakfast at Farm:Table. However, since they were reviewed by San Francisco magazine last week, they were crazy busy with people eating standing on the sidewalk. We wanted to sit and relax, so we headed down to Hooker’s. After breakfast, here’s what I saw at the corner of O’Farrell and Hyde:
Yes, even the neighborhood pigeons had decided to celebrate the sunshine outside, gathering by the fire hydrant in front of Nite Cap and splashing on the water leftover from the street sweeping. I generally find pigeons to be dumb and annoying, but the scene was really quite cute. Don’t you think?
