It appears the place to be on a sunny Sunday in Upper Loin is farm:table who, in addition to being a solid anchor point to the block of Post between Leavenworth & Jones, have gotten really popular. Great to see it as they owners are super cool folks and it shows that people are indeed happy to have good spots to go in the Hood for cup.

farm:table FTW! Love that place. Great coffee and good food. Plus, Kate and Shannon are awesome people — living in the TL too!
Yes, most definitely agreed. I just hope they’ll be around for awhile. It’s tough to be so “on” and not burn out. Just look at what happened to super couple David & Angela at The Hidden Vine. They fried after three years and with good reason. It was a tough gig which has unfortunately now been taken over by a group without a clue who ran it in to the ground. At least for now we have farm:table, but we always need more of these spots as they make the Hood.
<3 farm:table!

has been on my list of places to check out for brunch for awhile now…can’t wait until I really get to check it out.
